1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Orkestrai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These Terms apply to the desktop application, website, and official product materials.
2. The product
Orkestrai is a desktop visual orchestration tool for artificial intelligence CLIs and agents. It organizes local processes, terminals, files, integrations, and optional encrypted collaboration sessions, but does not provide the third-party models or CLIs.
- You are responsible for installing and licensing the providers you use.
- Claude, Codex, Kimi, OpenCode, MCPs, and other services remain subject to their own terms.
- Only share a workspace with people and devices you authorize; the host remains responsible for roles, approvals, and revocation.
- Features may vary by operating system, provider, CLI version, or third-party availability.
3. License and permitted use
While you comply with these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Orkestrai as distributed.
- Do not use the product to violate laws, third-party rights, or security measures.
- Do not distribute modified versions as official Orkestrai releases.
- Do not attempt to access systems, credentials, or data without authorization.
4. Agents and outputs
AI agents can produce incorrect answers, insecure code, or unexpected actions. The canvas improves visibility and review, but does not replace your supervision.
- Review code, commands, merges, content, and decisions before production use.
- Maintain appropriate backups and version control.
- You are responsible for the instructions supplied and actions authorized in your environment.
5. Third-party services
Downloads, updates, CLIs, models, MCP servers, repositories, and external backends may be operated by third parties. Orkestrai does not control their availability, security, pricing, or policies.
6. Availability and updates
The product may receive fixes, changes, or feature removals. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent compatibility with every system and provider version. Updates may be required for security and compatibility.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orkestrai is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or specific results. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or damage arising from agents, providers, integrations, or user configurations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. The effective date will be updated on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised version where permitted by law.
10. Contact
Legal questions or requests related to these Terms should be submitted through the official channels listed in the Orkestrai distribution.
